Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce announced their engagement on Instagram after two years of dating.
In their joint engagement announcement, which was quickly met with mass approval, Swift described herself in a humble metaphor as an “English teacher” and Kelce a “gym teacher.”
Even President Donald Trump, who has previously been critical of Swift, has wished the couple “a lot of luck.”
“I think he’s a great player. I think he’s a great guy, and she’s a terrific person,” the president told reporters.
Many things were said about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, but most people wanted to know about the upcoming prenuptial agreement.
There will have to be a discussion of how any earnings made while they are married will be divided should a potential divorce occur.
According to Page Six, Swift’s estimated music catalog revenue is $400 million, streaming deals are $160 million, and touring revenue is $370 million.
Travis Kelce’s net worth is between $70 and $90 million.

The Kansas City Chiefs have reportedly been contemplating Travis Kelce’s future since the end of last season.
Kelce is planning to spend the rest of his life with Taylor Swift after the pair announced their engagement on Tuesday afternoon. According to his father, the tight end reportedly popped the question “a couple of weeks ago. “
Some wondered if Kelce would step away from football following last season, but the future Hall of Famer ultimately opted to return for the final year of his deal.
“I still feel like I can play at a high level and possibly at a higher level than I did last year,” Kelce said earlier this year after saying he’d be back.
While Kelce is locked in for 2025, the Chiefs reportedly do not expect him to play beyond that.
The franchise is preparing for this season to be the 2013 NFL Draft pick’s last.
