Syko Stu was the victim of a brutal assault on Saturday night, with MMA fighter Raja Jackson rolling up on him in the ring for a beatdown that sent him to the hospital.
Stu, real name Stuart Smith, was performing at the KnokX Pro Wrestling event in Los Angeles on the night, having previously smashed a drink into Jackson’s head, thinking it was all a work.
The two men quickly settled things after a confrontation, even shaking hands on it. However, Jackson attacked him during his match in a planned spot and simply lost it, slamming him to the mat and landing over 20 punches while he lay there unconscious.
Syko Stu Was Unable To Wake Up In The Ring
There were fears that Stu had died after other wrestlers pulled Jackson off him and tried to revive him. A new video posted to Twitter/X shows Stu lying motionless despite the best attempts of the guys around him.
Check it out below:
Jackson got a call from someone after the incident and was told that he had gone too far, and the people at the venue couldn’t get Syko Stu to wake up.
He delivered a two-word response.
His father, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, had a telling reaction to footage of him punching Smith and has since put out a statement condemning his actions.
